These terms describe the practical rules for using Trader Setups as a trading journal and analytics product at tradersetups.com. They are provided for product launch readiness and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of imported or manually entered data, for your trading decisions, and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the application, reverse engineer protected systems, or expose another person's private trade, broker, journal, or account data.
Subscriptions and trials
Free and Pro access may include different limits and features. Trial, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund behavior should match the subscription configuration shown at checkout.
Service changes
Features, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves. Material customer-facing changes should be communicated through the application or account email when appropriate.
